Every AI operation in FeedGraph is metered in credits. 1 credit = $0.10. Credit costs are derived from the actual provider model cost plus a transparent markup — shown in the interface before every operation.

Common questions
What is a credit?
Credits are the unit of account for AI operations in FeedGraph. 1 credit = $0.10. Every AI feature (enrichment, image and video generation, assistant queries, AI reports) deducts credits at a rate derived from the underlying model cost. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance; additional credits can be purchased as top-up packs, which get cheaper per credit the larger the pack.
Are AI features limited by plan?
No. Every AI feature — including image and video generation — is available on every plan. They are metered in credits, so you pay for what you actually use rather than for a tier that unlocks it. What changes between plans is the included credit allowance, the active-product ceiling, and the advertising and API features.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI operations stop until you top up or your next monthly allowance arrives. Everything that does not consume credits keeps running — feed generation, exports, validation, Shopify sync and reporting are all unaffected. Before any large AI job, FeedGraph shows a preflight quote of what it will cost so you are never surprised mid-run.
What counts toward the product limit?
Active products in your catalogue. Products in the 30-day trash, archived products and removed products do not count. The limit is enforced in the product: creating a product past your ceiling is refused with a clear message, and an import that would exceed it brings in what fits and tells you exactly how many it skipped, rather than failing half-way.
Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?
Each FeedGraph workspace connects one Shopify store. Managing several stores today means a separate workspace per store, which we set up for you as part of onboarding — talk to us about the number of stores you run and we will get them provisioned.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Monthly. Subscriptions renew each month and you can cancel or change plan at any time. We do not offer annual pre-payment yet.
Is there a free trial?
FeedGraph is currently in early access. Apply to join and we will onboard you personally — no credit card required to get started.
What happens to my feeds if I downgrade?
Existing feeds and catalogue data are preserved. Feed exports keep running. Features outside your new plan tier are paused, and if your catalogue is above the new plan's product ceiling you keep your products but cannot add more until you are back under it.
Is there volume or agency pricing?
Yes. Agencies and teams running 5 or more client stores can qualify for volume pricing across their workspaces. Contact us through the early access form and mention how many stores you manage, and we will put together a custom quote.
