The service
FeedGraph lets you import a product catalogue (from Shopify today), enrich and validate it, generate channel feeds, create AI-assisted copy and imagery, and connect advertising platforms so you can see revenue and spend at SKU level.
Some channels and features are marked coming soon on the site (Amazon, TikTok, and others). Those are not part of the service until they ship.
During early access, features, limits, and pricing can change. We will not take a silent write against a live ad account: AI recommendations are previewed; you approve what goes out.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide an accurate email and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Workspaces can have several members with roles enforced on the server.
A workspace is shared business data. Deleting one person’s account does not delete the workspace their colleagues still use. Workspace deletion is a separate, deliberate act by someone authorised to do it.
You are responsible for what your members do in the workspace, including API keys and webhook endpoints they create.
Your catalogue stays yours
You own your product data. FeedGraph does not claim rights in your catalogue and will not use it to train shared models or sell it to third parties.
You can export catalogue and enrichment data in standard formats. You can disconnect Shopify from the Shopify admin; access ends when you revoke it.
You grant FeedGraph a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the features you use — including sending catalogue fields to AI providers you have enabled, and publishing feeds to channels you connect.
Integrations
Connecting Shopify, Google, or Meta is optional and uses OAuth (or a client-credentials app you install). You must have the right to grant those permissions for the store or ad account.
Shopify scopes and why we ask for them are listed on the Shopify permissions page. Google Ads and Meta access is requested separately. Write access that can change bids or live campaigns is an explicit permission, not something added in the background.
Those platforms’ own terms still apply. If they suspend a feed or an account, that is between you and them.
AI features
AI enrichment, the catalog assistant, reports, and image or video generation are optional. A workspace admin must accept the relevant consent (and, for generation, the rights and model-consent terms) before those features run.
You confirm you have the rights — including model consent where a person appears — in source images. FeedGraph does not collect model releases for you. Generated images and videos carry an on-asset “Generated by AI · FeedGraph” mark and file metadata; that disclosure cannot be switched off. Details are on the AI watermark page and in the in-app AI terms.
You remain responsible for what you publish, including advertising-platform rules and the law that applies to you. If you lose rights in a source image, stop using assets generated from it and remove it from FeedGraph.
Credits, plans, and payment
Paid plans and AI credit rates are on the pricing page. One credit is $0.10 USD unless an order form says otherwise. Included monthly credits and catalogue limits depend on the plan.
Billing is handled by Stripe. FeedGraph never stores card numbers. Credit ledgers are kept for the statutory accounting period.
Early access may be invited rather than self-serve. Talking to us about Scale or a walkthrough does not create a paid contract until both sides agree.
Acceptable use
Do not use FeedGraph to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive listings; to probe or disrupt the service; or to try to access another workspace’s data.
Do not feed the AI features personal data about people who are not your staff unless you have a lawful basis and the rights described in the AI terms. Catalogue content is the intended input.
We may suspend an account that threatens the service or other customers, and we will say so unless the law forbids it.
Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Sync depends on Shopify, Google, Meta, and AI vendors we do not control.
We may change these terms. If the change is material, we will post the new version with an updated date and, for in-app consents, bump the document version so the workspace is asked again. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as-is. FeedGraph does not warrant that a feed will be accepted by a channel, that AI copy or imagery is accurate, or that bid recommendations will improve ROAS.
To the extent the law allows, FeedGraph is not liable for lost profits, lost listings, or indirect damages, and its total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that is the law.
Contact

This page describes how FeedGraph actually operates. It is written in plain language and pending external legal review. If something here conflicts with a signed order form or data processing addendum, the signed document wins.
