Shopify connection

3-layer sync: real-time webhooks, hourly incremental polling, and daily Shopify Bulk Operations reconcile for catalogs of any size.

Catalog management

All products with its needs-fixing queue, quality rules, duplicate detection, variant health, and Google rejection recovery — the full catalogue operations toolkit.

Catalog health scoring

Scores your catalogue against Google, Meta and ChatGPT Ads requirements — including the extra fields your product categories make mandatory — and surfaces a prioritised fix list. Each destination blocks only on the fields it itself requires, so a product Google refuses for a missing size can still be valid on ChatGPT.

AI enrichment and creative

Bulk AI fill for missing titles, descriptions, categories and attributes, plus product image and video generation and template-built ad creatives. Metered in credits, quoted before each run, with full change history.

Google output

Validated product feeds for Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center, including a GMC Recovery workflow for rejected products.

Meta output

Catalog feeds for Facebook and Instagram Shopping ads (DPA), with Meta Catalog Intelligence readiness scoring.

Feed format conversion

Convert a feed you already maintain into another channel's format — Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog and ChatGPT Ads, in any direction. Columns come from the destination's own published spec, and every one is classified as carried, rewritten, derived or unavailable before you run it.

Custom feed outputs and delivery

Build and export feeds in any format using Advanced feed tools — map fields, apply transformations, then download the file, publish any product group as a live token-protected URL, or have FeedGraph push the feed to your own HTTPS endpoint hourly or daily.

Advertising and reporting

Advertising overview, day-level ad performance, Smart bidding — including writing target ROAS and budgets back to Google Ads behind per-change approval — plus scheduled AI reports, sales velocity, quality history and sync activity.

Feed file available now2 capabilities

ChatGPT Ads output

A validated product feed in OpenAI's own commerce schema — its field names, its price format, its free-form category path — served from a token-protected hosted URL that survives ChatGPT's 14-day product expiry. Includes a crawler readiness check for OAI-AdsBot and OAI-SearchBot across your robots.txt, a landing page and a product image, and AI-drafted ad-group context hints grounded in the products actually selected. FeedGraph builds and hosts the file; you connect it in OpenAI's Ads Manager.

What ChatGPT Ads does not include

FeedGraph does not deliver to ChatGPT, does not create or edit its campaigns, and has no ChatGPT spend, revenue or ROAS — so ChatGPT is absent from the Advertising overview, Ad performance and Smart bidding. OpenAI's Ads API is restricted to partner accounts with no self-serve application path, which is a business-relationship question rather than a scheduled feature. Delivery and performance read-back move to "Available now" if and when that access exists.

Coming next4 capabilities

Amazon output

Amazon feed generation and Amazon Advertising intelligence. The field mappings and listing scoring are already built and documented in the schema library — the channel stays closed until the full output path is ready.

TikTok output

TikTok Shop catalog feeds and creative-specific formatting for TikTok Shopping ads.

Additional store connectors

Sources beyond Shopify: WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Squarespace. Today Shopify is the only live store connector — anything else comes in by spreadsheet, and format conversion can reshape an existing feed from another platform.

Expanded creative

Advanced AI image generation workflows: batch generation with brand guidelines, video thumbnail creation, and channel-specific creative variants.

Future direction6 capabilities

FeedGraph Trust Protocol (FGTP)

An open protocol for transferring structured product catalog data between systems — a portable, interoperable standard for commerce data.

Cryptographically verifiable event streams

Ed25519-signed catalogue and feed events, so a consuming system can verify what changed without having to trust — or contact — FeedGraph. The key infrastructure is in place; the public stream is not open yet.

SFTP feed delivery

Delivery to an SFTP endpoint, alongside the HTTPS delivery that is already available. Some partner and warehouse systems only accept SFTP.

AI-native commerce infrastructure

Catalog APIs and data structures purpose-built for AI shopping agents, LLM-powered product discovery, and structured product reasoning.

Agentic product discovery and checkout

Infrastructure for AI agents to discover, evaluate, and complete purchases from your catalog — ahead of AI-first retail experiences.

Broader data portability

Richer export formats, open APIs, and integration pathways that let your catalog data flow freely between platforms, tools, and AI systems.
