How it works

All products is your single, up-to-date catalogue inside FeedGraph. Search, filter and sort across everything you sell, open any product to see and edit every field, and switch tabs to work through products that need fixing, restore something from the 30-day trash, or read the full change history. Because every feed you publish is built from this list, fixing something here fixes it everywhere.

The problem

Most merchants do not have one product list. They have Shopify, a spreadsheet somebody maintains, whatever Google Merchant Center currently believes, and a Meta catalogue that was last reconciled months ago. When a price is wrong in an ad, working out which of those is the truth takes longer than fixing it.

The cost is not just confusion. Every hour a product sits rejected or mispriced is an hour it is either not being advertised or is being advertised wrongly, and nobody notices until the numbers come in.

How it works

01

Everything lands in one list

Shopify products sync in continuously; spreadsheets upload. Both end up as rows in the same catalogue, with the source recorded on each product so you always know where a value came from.

02

Search, filter and sort across the whole catalogue

Filter by anything on the product — missing fields, category, price band, stock, source, whether it is currently advertised. The list is paginated server-side, so it behaves the same at 500 products and at 100,000.

03

Fix in place, or in bulk

Open a product to see and edit every field, or select many and change them together. A per-field AI suggestion is available on the fields that support it, priced per field so a bulk job is never a blank cheque.

04

The change flows outward

FeedGraph is the source of truth, so a correction here is pushed back to Shopify automatically within two minutes and picked up by every feed built from this list. You fix it once.

What you get

  • One catalogue that every feed, segment, report and ad decision is built from
  • Four tabs on the same list: the catalogue, products that need fixing, the 30-day trash, and the full change history
  • The Google rejection recovery queue, in the same place as the products it is about
  • Per-field edit history showing the value before and after, who changed it, and whether it was a person or AI
  • Revert on any field, with the revert itself recorded
What it does not do
  • It is not a storefront. FeedGraph manages product data and feeds; it does not host or theme your shop.
  • It does not read your orders or customers. Revenue figures come from your connected ad platforms, not from Shopify order history.
  • Deleting a product here deletes it in Shopify too, after the 30-day trash window. That is deliberate — FeedGraph being the source of truth is the point — but it is not a sandbox.

Questions

How many products can it handle?

Unlimited on the Pro plan, using Shopify Bulk Operations for the initial import and the daily reconcile. Starter is capped at 2,500 active products and Growth at 25,000 — the limit counts active products only, so anything trashed or archived does not push you over it.

If I edit a product here, does my Shopify store change?

Yes, within about two minutes. FeedGraph treats itself as the source of truth and pushes local edits out to Shopify automatically. If the same field changed on both sides, FeedGraph wins the conflict — and the change history records what happened either way.

What happens to a product I delete?

It moves to a trash tab for 30 days, where you can restore it. After 30 days it is permanently removed from FeedGraph and deleted in Shopify. Trashed products do not count toward your plan limit.
