The problem this solves
Sometimes you need to share a specific set of products with a partner, a client, or a platform — a list of sale items for a promotional partner, a curated selection for a marketplace, or a focused feed for a specific ad campaign.
Without Segment Feeds, this means exporting a file, emailing it, and repeating the process every time the list changes. With Segment Feeds, you publish the list once as a live URL — and the link always shows the current version.
Step 1: Create the segment you want to share
If you don't already have a Segment for this product group, create one in Segments. Define the rule that selects the right products — by category, price, tag, inventory, or any other attribute.
Step 2: Open Segment Feeds and publish
Go to Segment Feeds and click "New feed". Select the segment you want to share. FeedGraph generates a token-protected URL for the segment.
Step 3: Configure the format
Choose the output format: CSV, TSV, XML, or JSON. Most partners can accept CSV. Google Merchant Center prefers TSV or XML. Meta prefers CSV.
Set a refresh schedule if you want the feed to automatically update on a regular interval (hourly, daily, or on-demand).
Step 4: Share the link
Copy the URL and share it with your partner, platform, or colleague. Anyone with the link can fetch the current product list at any time — always up to date, always in the format you configured.
Managing access
You can revoke a Segment Feed URL at any time — the old link stops working immediately. Create a new URL to share with the same partner going forward. This is useful if a partner relationship ends or if you want to restrict access after a promotion closes.
