Migrate your product catalog between e-commerce platforms without losing feed history.

Platform migrations are high-risk for advertising continuity. FeedGraph serves as the migration layer — ingest from your existing platform via API or CSV, normalize to the Universal Product Schema, and keep all channels live during the transition. No downtime for your Shopping or Meta ads.

How to

Platform Migration — step by step

01

Ingest from your current platform

Push your product catalog to FeedGraph via the REST API or CSV upload. FeedGraph normalizes every product into the Universal Product Schema — a canonical format that maps to all channels.

02

Maintain all active feeds

While your migration is in progress, FeedGraph continues serving all channel feeds from your normalized catalog. Google Shopping, Meta DPA, and any other channels stay live throughout.

03

Connect your new platform

When your new Shopify (or other) store is ready, connect it to FeedGraph. Your existing enriched catalog data is preserved — only the sync source changes. No re-enrichment needed.

04

Validate and go live

Run a full feed validation pass against the new platform data. FeedGraph flags any attribute gaps introduced by the migration before they affect live ads.
