What you'll have at the end
Your complete Shopify catalog — titles, prices, variants, images, and stock — imported into FeedGraph and syncing automatically. From here, every feed you build and every ad you run draws from this single, up-to-date list.
Step 1: Open Integrations and choose Shopify
In FeedGraph, go to Integrations → Platform and select Shopify. You'll be taken to Shopify's OAuth screen.
Step 2: Authorise access
Sign in to your Shopify store when prompted, and approve FeedGraph's access to your product catalog. FeedGraph requests read access to products, inventory, and collections, and write access to push enriched product data back.
Step 3: Import your catalog
FeedGraph starts importing immediately. For stores with fewer than 2,000 products, this takes under a minute via the Shopify REST API. For larger catalogs, FeedGraph uses Shopify Bulk Operations — a server-side export that streams your full catalog without hitting API rate limits. A 50,000-product catalog typically imports in 5–10 minutes.
Step 4: View your catalog in All products
Once the import completes, open All products from the menu. Every product is now in one searchable, filterable list. FeedGraph will display a health summary showing how many products are ready to export, how many have issues, and what those issues are.
What happens next (automatically)
FeedGraph registers webhooks on your Shopify store. From this point, any product you create or update in Shopify appears in FeedGraph within seconds. Hourly polling and a daily full reconcile catch anything webhooks miss.
Common questions
Can I connect multiple Shopify stores? Each FeedGraph workspace supports one Shopify store. Multiple stores require separate workspaces (available on Scale plans).
What if I have products in FeedGraph already? FeedGraph will merge the Shopify import with your existing catalog, matching on product ID. Enrichments you've already made are preserved.
